Refund Policy

All purchases are non-refundable. If a photoshoot cannot be attended at the original scheduled time, a photoshoot can be rescheduled with no additional fee. If a photoshoot is cancelled and is not planned to be rescheduled, the amount paid can be credited to the customer's account for a future purchase.

Ninja competitions

Late purchases made at a ninja competition are eligible for a refund. A late purchase is any purchase made after the athlete's competition wave has started. Please note that if payment was made via credit card or Venmo, the processing fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
